Terms of Use
Last updated: October 18, 2026. Effective: October 18, 2026.
Please read this; if anything is unclear, email benkoe@gmail.com.
About these terms
These terms cover your use of My Wedding Planner Online (myweddingplanneronline.com), a website for planning a wedding together. It is run by Benjamin Koevary, an individual ("we" and "us"). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms. Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect and how we use it.
A closed test
The service is in a closed test. It is open by invitation only, and it is free while we are testing. We will give you notice before any charges begin. Because it is a test, features may change, move or be removed, and there may be mistakes or interruptions.
Accounts and members
- Give your real name and an email address you use, and keep your password and sign-in to yourself. You are responsible for what is done with your account.
- A wedding's members each have a role. Owners manage the wedding, its settings and its members; editors can change the plan; viewers can only look. Everyone you invite to a wedding can see its information, so invite only people you trust with it.
- Tell us at benkoe@gmail.com if you think someone else is using your account.
Your content stays yours
What you put into the service (your plan, guest information, files and emails) belongs to you and the other members of your wedding. You give us permission to store, copy, process and show it, and to pass it to the services named in our Privacy Policy, only as needed to run the service for you. That permission ends when the content is erased from the service.
Only add information you have the right to share. When you add details about other people, such as guests or vendors, use them only to plan your wedding.
Acceptable use
Please do not:
- break the law or anyone's rights, or use the service to harass, spam or deceive anyone;
- upload malicious software, or anything you do not have the right to share;
- try to reach weddings or accounts that are not yours, or to get around the service's limits or security;
- overload, disrupt or copy the service, or resell access to it.
AI features can be wrong
Some features use AI provided by Anthropic to read quotes, pricing and emails, answer questions and suggest seating. AI can misread a document or get a number wrong. Check what it suggests against the original before you rely on it, especially prices, dates and contract terms. Nothing the AI proposes changes your plan until a person chooses to apply it.
Other services
Some features work with other companies' services, such as Sign in with Google, Google Maps and Spotify. Your use of those is also covered by their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for them.
No warranty
The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, as far as the law allows. We do not promise that it will always be available, free of errors, or that it will keep every piece of information safe from loss. Keep your own copies of anything important, such as contracts.
Limited liability
As far as the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost data, money or opportunities, arising from your use of the service.
Ending your account
You can stop using the service at any time. To close your account, email benkoe@gmail.com. We may suspend or end an account that breaks these terms, and we may end the test; where we reasonably can, we will tell you first.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
Changes to these terms
If we change these terms, we will post the new version on this page and update the date at the top. If you keep using the service after a change, the new terms apply.
